For years, I’ve used these bath salts when I need to relax or ease any aches and pains. Adding them to a tub full of warm water and bathing for awhile always leaves me feeling calm and content – a confirmed magical potion, indeed! Lavender aides in relaxation, soothes insomnia and helps relieve tension. Eucalyptus has antibacterial properties, soothes muscle pains and is great for any kind of inflammation. Realizing the benefits of the salts, I decided to purchase the two main essential oils to create a linen spray. I now apply this to our bed linens and pillows on a daily basis. Try this recipe out if you are struggling with sleep or just want a nice fresh and relaxing scent for your bedroom.
A clean, glass spray bottle
½ cup cheap Vodka
½ cup distilled water
30 drops of Lavender essential oil
20 drops of Eucalyptus essential oil
Shake to combine
