3 cups of cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and chopped
Juice of 1 lime
4 tbsp honey
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
¼ tsp curry powder
¼ cup cashew milk
pinch of salt
Blend ingredients together in food processor or blender until smooth. Should have about 2 cups of puree. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze. Makes 6 single popsicles.
